Saturday
Enjoy a delicious breakfast before packing up the car and driving out through the mountains of Snowdonia national park. Cross the iconic Menai Suspension Bridge to arrive on Anglesey for your first bucket list experience. Pull on a wetsuit and invoke your inner James Bond, it’s time for your epic e-foil session!
These innovative new electric-powered surfboards will have you hovering above the water like a messiah. Once you’ve mastered them! But with 3 hours in a group lesson with tuition from an expert instructor, we’re confident you’ll be e-foiling like a pro by lunchtime.
Back on dry land, give your legs a break with a short drive back to the mainland and the picture-perfect walled town of Conwy. The imposing castle at the water’s edge and it’s great stone walls are synonymous with this historic Welsh town. Explore one of the most magnificent medieval fortresses in Europe, walking full circle around the battlements with stunning views of Snowdonia. Play King in the royal apartments, priest in the chapel and even baker in the domed bread oven. It’s a fascinating insight into the life of medieval English royal court (yes, like many castles in North Wales it was built by the English).
From a decadent castle to a fisherman’s cottage, just down the road is Britain’s smallest house. Swing by for the obligatory photo at the front door for posterity.
After your first day of bucket list adventures, you’ll be ready for a short drive back to your hotel and a cosy evening in a local eatery.
Sunday
Fuel up with breakfast before packing the car and heading through the mountains to Bethesda. This unassuming little quarry village is now home to the world’s fastest and Europe’s longest zipline.
It’s a zipline like no other and will have you flying through the air like a superhero! Get kitted up for your briefing and then head out for your first ‘mini zip’. Although still pretty big by most zipline standards, Little Zip gives you the chance to get comfortable with your kit and the unique flight position on a shorter, slower zip experience. And then there’s no turning back as you climb aboard the clunky quarry truck for the long haul up to the top of the mountain…
Take a moment at the top to admire the view back down and watch at least one superhero squad launch off. Then it’s your time to fly! Reaching speeds of over 100mph this really is a bucket list adventure that will stay with you forever.
With your cape safely packed away, tuck into lunch at the onsite cafe or let us guide you to somewhere off the beaten track before you begin your drive home.
