Our Adventure Promise is simple and honest. It’s our commitment that we will always do right by you, our communities and the world we live in:
Flexible Booking
We understand that situations can change unexpectedly, that’s why we make our flexible booking promise to you. Secure your place with a low 25% deposit, with full payment due only 30 days before your adventure begins. During that time you’re free to make any changes necessary to your booking, including cancellation. If you cancel more than 30 days before your trip begins, your deposit will remain available for you to use on any other trip booked with us within 12 months.
Payment Instalments
Want to spread the cost of your adventure? Well now you can. We give you the control to pay in a way that works for you. All you need to do is choose your dream adventure and place a deposit. Then it’s over to you! Pay in as many instalments as you like. Perhaps splitting it over a couple of pay-day’s or making it monthly. All we need from you is the full payment 30 days before you travel. Simple.
Low Carbon
We’re passionate about ensuring our adventures are as sustainable as possible. That’s why we carefully evaluate the carbon footprint of every group tour and have a programme of continuous improvement in place to ensure that footprint decreases even further over time. We know you care about your own impact on the planet, so that’s why every group adventure features a carbon label, so you can clearly see just how low your impact is when you travel with us.
Low Impact
Environmental impact is one of our greatest considerations when we create any adventure. As a B Corp certified business and responsible travel provider we promise to carefully select our accommodation and activity partners, ensuring they share our sustainability values. Together we continuously strive to find new innovative ways to ensure our single-use plastic consumption is as minimal as possible.
We also work hard to source fresh seasonal produce for your meals including plant-based options, so they’re as kind to the environment as they are delicious.
And you’ll receive a reusable water bottle that you can refill at your accommodation, so there’s no need to buy bottled water while you’re with us. Or even long after you’ve left we hope!

We believe that local independent businesses are what make the world an interesting place. They bring character, charm, creativity and passion. They are what bring a destination to life, helping you to experience a true sense of place and share in what only the locals know. They also play a critical role in providing employment in rural areas. It’s why our local independent partners are such an important element of our tours and we’re passionate about supporting their role in the communities we visit.

Many of our adventures are designed to give you a taste of exciting new activities. No previous experience is needed as our qualified guides will share all the knowledge and tips you need for maximum fun! Though if you have done something before, simply let your guide know and they’ll help you progress to the next level. Either way, there’s never any pressure and you can take things at your own pace. And because we believe everyone should be able to enjoy our wild spaces, we will work with any specific accessibility needs you have to help create your perfect adventure.
